Shipping & Return Policy

Our policy is simple! If you aren't satisfied with your order, we are happy to do an exchange. We don't issue refunds, however store credit will be provided. The details are below:

Exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of initial purchase. Items must be in original, new condition. Within your package, please include your name, order number, and email. When we receive your return, we will email you a store credit equal to your original purchase amount. This doesn't include shipping costs, initial or return. Your credit will never expire...use it now or tuck it away for a rainy day. Please keep your return tracking number, as we aren't responsible for lost return packages.
Unless otherwise noted, all items are RTS. We currently ship in 3-5 business days, standard USPS. This doesn't include shipping times. You will receive a tracking number, via email, once your order ships. Amo Hats isn't responsible for lost/damaged packages due to USPS error. If an issue arises, please contact USPS to file a claim.
